Born in the Czech Republic and raised across Japan, Hungary, and Germany, Naomi possesses a profound understanding of diversity and equality. As the founder and CEO of Culmony Inc., she steers a pioneering initiative in diversity education in Japan. Culmony crafts specialized programs for schools and corporations to deepen their appreciation for varied cultures and diversity. These programs are designed to bolster intercultural communication, diminish prejudices, and fight against discrimination.In addition to leading Culmony, Naomi serves as an advisor, public speaker, and author to amplify the importance of intercultural competences. Naomi is currently pursuing a doctorate at the University of Tokyo, and the research focuses on the development of intercultural competence and sensitivity among Japanese students.
